For this tour, we have linked up with the Kent & East Sussex Railway.
You begin the tour by cycling through the country lanes to the station in East Sussex. There is time to visit the famous castle or have refreshments at the local cafe before boarding the steam train and riding in style back to Tenterden. Your bikes will be safely stowed in the guard's van.
When you arrive at Tenterden, you can either explore the station itself or ride your bikes into Tenterden town which is very pretty and full of antique shops and other independent shops. Have some lunch here before cycling back through the lanes to the hire centre.
This route is suitable for anyone, just 15 miles long.

We supply an easy to follow map of your route.
We can also give you a bike phone holder if you prefer to navigate in a more modern way.

If you would like a guide there will be a charge of £100 in addition to the bike hire charge. Guides need to be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
